of The Machine Shop.

The Machine Shop in Greenville was started in June 1999 as a support
manufacturing facility for Bluegrass Bit Company. We currently have
17 full time employees and have 10,000+ square feet of machining
and fabrication area. Our CNC machining area is climate controlled
and currently houses 6 CNC machines, 2 Lathes and 4 Mills. We have
full CNC machining capabilities including 4 axis milling. Both CNC
lathes are equipped with 48 inch bar feeders and can handle up to
2.90 diameter thru the spindle. The milling capacity is 40.00 inch
X axis by 20.00 inch Y axis. The CNC Job shop has Mori Seiki, Fadal,
Hyundia and Haas CNC equipment. We are a full service shop, specializing
in mid to high run production machining, which is accompanied by
a Quality Control program that promotes the highest quality standards.
We are currently running Version 9.0 MasterCam mill and lathe and
can easily download customer electronic data directly into our system.
This includes a barcode production software package for job scheduling
and production tracking. Our capabilities include machining, design
and engineering for the semiconductor, aerospace, medical and local
markets in the south central Alabama area.
