The Machine Shop in Greenville, AL is a manufacturing facility
located in south central Alabama. We have CNC machining capabilities
including milling and turning. We have Mori Seiki, Fadal, Hyundia
and Haas CNC equipment. Our capabilities include machining, design
and engineering for the semiconductor, aerospace, medical and fabrication
markets in the south central Alabama area.
In January 2002, The Machine Shop, Inc. obtained
the Differential and Ratchet Holdback product line that was formerly owned by
Brewton Iron Works in Brewton, Alabama and Jeffrey Manufacturing
Company
from Columbus, Ohio. With the addition of this product line, The
Machine Shop will now be able to service the needs of the industry.
These will include Ratchet and Differential Holdbacks, commonly
known as Backstops, Bin Valves, flame cut Sprockets, Horizontal
and Vertical Takeups. These items can be stock items or manufactured
within a few weeks from receipt of order. We maintain an inventory
of ductile iron castings in house and can respond quickly to customer
demands. Many of these products are used in the foundry industry
and are often installed in conveyor systems.
